Vadahansu Mehla 3 ॥

Through the Divine Word, my tongue (taste) is naturally anchored in love, beautifully immersed in the sublime nectar of the Lord's Name.

Through the remembrance and contemplation of the Lord’s Name, my mind’s endless hunger is completely appeased; it rests in profound contentment, no longer troubled by any fear or restless wandering.

It is solely through contemplation of the True Word and Name—by understanding and embodying it within the heart—that the true purpose of life is realized; from this sacred awareness flows an absolute stillness, anchoring the mind in everlasting peace.

I am forever a sacrifice unto my True Master, who has liberated me from the snare of Maya and anchored my mind in the Eternal Name and Everlasting Peace of the Supreme Lord. Pause; Reflect.

Attuned in absolute devotion to the One Divine, my gaze rests in perfect peace; the mind's hunger to pursue earthly illusions or find faults in the world has vanished from my sight.

By completely eradicating all sense of duality—the attachment to Maya and its endless distractions—my mind is blessed with ultimate contentment, entirely freed from the fire of worldly desires.

Through the contemplation, praise, and remembrance of the Lord’s Name, the physical form is rendered whole and healthy, blessing the body with profound comfort as life blossoms into ultimate bliss.

As the Lord’s Divine Name settles within my mind, its celestial fragrance—like the essence of pure sandalwood—has fully saturated my heart, rendering my entire existence pristine and beautifully divine.

O Nanak! It is only upon those whose supreme destiny awakens—by virtue of the Divine’s Gracious Glance—that the sacred fragrance of the Almighty’s Name completely permeates the heart.

The Divine Word, descending from the Primal Source, awakens a sacred longing within the heart, igniting an intense, beautiful yearning to merge with the Divine.

Wadahansu Mehala 3 ॥

It is only within the sacred sanctuary of the Perfect Master, the Divine Himself, that the min can ever be blessed with the True Name.

It is only by anchoring oneself to the Divine—the Absolute Embodiment of Truth—that the mind, upon gaining true awakening, can dissolve into the Eternal Reality; a being entangled in the illusory web of Maya can never achieve true divine union.

O my mind! You are entirely capable of attaining the true treasure of the Eternal Lord’s Name.

Surrender completely to the Will of the Divine, the True Lord. Pause and Reflect.

The Divine Word eradicates all impurity and the illusions of Maya from the mind.

The pristine Name—free from any trace of impurity or illusion—descends and enshrines itself within the mind.

The entire world wanders aimlessly, lost in the deceptive illusions of Maya.

Astray in worldly illusion, the being is bound to the wheel of reincarnation, where the specter of spiritual death continuously inflicts utter humiliation and distress upon the mind.

Says Nanak, grand is the fortune of those seekers who continuously remember the Divine Name.

Through the benevolent mercy of the Divine, the immaculate Name has taken root, filling my mind with its sacred presence.

Of that singular sanctuary within, He is the sole Ruler—the One Absolute Master of my mind.

Aligned with the Divine Guide, the fortunate mind tastes the supreme nectar of union with the Lord, the ultimate Reservoir of all Bliss.

Immersed in divine love, my mind cherishes but one profound hope—to be blessed with the embrace of my Beloved.
