The Lord is universally immanent; He fills the whole of creation, dwelling completely within every speck of matter and every being.

In the depths of the waters and across the solid land, the Divine resides; the sacred Name of the immanent Lord is fully saturated throughout all of existence."

Sing perpetually the glories of the Lord, for He is the ultimate Dispeller of all our sorrows and distress. Pause and Reflect.

By blessing me with the treasure of His Divine Name, the Lord has rendered my entire life successful and fulfilled.

Deep within my innermost being, I contemplate the sacred Name of the Lord, Who completely dissolves every shadow of pain and affliction from my life eternally.

Centering my mind upon the Master, the Divine Creator, I contemplate Him Who alone holds the power to liberate the heart from all bounds.

Through the benevolent mercy of the Eternal Divine, the ultimate pilgrimage of my existence has been brought to its sacred and triumphant culmination.

Gathered within the sanctuary of the holy congregation, let us immerse ourselves in the praise of the Divine.

O my mind, abandon all false earthly dependencies! Place your undivided reliance and sacred hope only upon the Ever-Stable Name of the Divine.

From the very depths of the mind, all sense of duality—the attachment to Maya and its restless distractions—is utterly destroyed and completely erased.

Upon attaining the Divine Name, even while living amidst worldly responsibilities and expectations, a person becomes completely liberated and beautifully detached from their emotional attachments.

A person who, despite living in the world, becomes entirely free from earthly expectations, draws beautifully close to the Lord, abiding in His immediate presence.

It is only some rare, blessed being who casts away worldly illusion to immerse themselves in singing the praise of the Eternal, Absolute Truth.

This is servant Nanak's humble offering—to bow at the feet of that rare, illuminated being who lives in the contemplation and praise of the Divine.
